INS CareCall supplies emergency response products and services to allied health care providers and NDIS providers, allowing them to elevate the level of care that their clients receive.
Emergency response is handled by INS LifeGuard, which is staffed by highly competent and trained nurses and other medical professionals, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. As far as we’re aware, no other company can make this claim.
INS CareCall provides a full suite of emergency response solutions for providers. This includes in-home monitoring equipment manufactured by some of the most trusted names in emergency response, as well as welfare checks and an exclusive medical information and chat line that is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week - at no additional cost.

INS CareCall supplies and monitors emergency response equipment and services, including hardware manufactured by Chiptech, Smart-Caller, SmartLink, and the LifeGuard L-Series Diallers.
Monitoring of alarms is provided through INS LifeGuard's unique Emergency Response Centre, which is the only personal alarm response centre staffed by qualified nurses. This is an important distinction.
